物联网射频识别技术在血液成品库管理中的应用效果(1)

     [摘要]目的 探討物联网射频识别技术在血液成品库管理中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2018年12月~2019年9月我院输血科血液成品库中的60袋血液制品,根据其管理方式的不同分组,将采用条码扫描技术进行管理的30袋血液制品纳入对照组,将采用物联网射频识别技术进行管理的30袋血液制品纳入试验组。分析两组管理后一次交叉配血成功率、血袋入库时间、血袋出库时间、一次输血成功率及人工操作错误率。结果 两组管理后的一次交叉配血成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组管理后的血袋入库时间、血袋出库时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组管理后的一次输血成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组管理过程中的人工操作错误率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 物联网射频识别技术用于血液成品库管理中能取得和条码扫描技术管理类似的应用效果,但其更能有效缩短血液制品的入库和出库时间,降低人工操作错误率,保证血液管理过程能够顺畅进行。

    Application effect of radio frequency identification technology in management of blood products storage

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the application effect of radio frequency identification technology in management of blood products storage. Methods A total of 60 bags of blood products in the blood products storage of blood transfusion department from December 2018 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed, and divided into two groups according to management methods, the 30 bags of blood products managed by bar code scanning technology were included in the control group, and 30 bags of the blood products managed by radio frequency identification technology were included in the experimental group. After management, the success rate of one-time cross-matching, the time of blood bag to be put in storage and put out storage, the success rate of one-time blood transfusion, and the error rate of manual operation in two groups were analyzed. Results After management, there was no statistically significant difference in the success rate of one-time cross-matching between two groups (P>0.05). The time of blood bag to be put in storage and put out storage in experimental group were shorter than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the success rate of one-time blood transfusion between two groups after management (P>0.05). The error rate of manual operation in experimental group was lower than that in control group during management, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Radio frequency identification technology in the management of blood products storage can obtain similar application effect as the bar code scanning technology management. And it can more effectively shorten the time of blood products to be put in storage and put out storage, reduce the error rate of manual operation, and ensure smooth blood management process., http://www.100md.com(蒋维春)
